Innovation Sprints for Clients: Multidisciplinary Challenges, Collaborative Techniques, and Maker Mindsets Transforming Perceptions

Objective: The primary objective of ThinkBank 1.0 was to use a client meeting as a platform to highlight innovative methods for enhancing customer engagement, to demonstrate retail industry's best practices, and to create consensus on marketing goals.

Outcome: In a span of just four weeks, we successfully developed six distinctive experiences that harnessed existing technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC), Facebook chatbots, Perch, 360-degree videos, and content partnerships.

Objective: Identify key objectives and create solution-centric experiences designed to foster Associate/Customer conversations, encourage mobile platform adoption, transform customer perceptions, and facilitate education.

Outcome: Prototypes experiences that showcased state-of-the-art technology.
